Electrostatic spraying

Electrostatic Disinfection in Allen, TX

Droplets of disinfectant carrying an electrical charge, pulled onto the sides, edges and undersides of the things people touch.

The Science, Without the Jargon

Let's start with what a cloth does well. Flat, open surfaces. The top of a desk. The face of a counter. What it does poorly: anything curved, hidden or awkward. Chair frames. Desk undersides. The inside of a cabinet pull. Electrostatic spraying was invented for those shapes. Here is the short version of how. A normal sprayer just throws droplets forward, and gravity pulls many of them down. An electrostatic sprayer gives every droplet an electrical charge on the way out. The furniture and fixtures in the room have no charge. Charged things are drawn to uncharged things, so the droplets curve toward nearby surfaces and spread over them, including sides and undersides. Commercial Cleaning Allen uses EPA-registered disinfectants and follows each label to the letter: how much to apply, the minutes a surface must remain wet, called dwell time, and when the room is ready to use again. Some clients schedule it routinely for washrooms, kitchens and shared desks. Others book it once, often after an illness moves through the office.

Where the Spray Goes

Treatment targets the rooms and surfaces with the most hand contact.

  • Cleaned surfaces first

Grime is removed before spraying, since disinfectant is meant for clean surfaces.

  • Shared desks

Seats, desktops, phones and shared devices, with a light touch near electronics.

  • Washrooms

Fixtures, stall walls, dispensers and hardware coated from all angles.

  • Kitchens

Lunch tables, chairs, counters and the handles everyone grabs.

  • Common touch spots

Rails, elevator panels, door pulls and the front counter.

  • Label rules

Application amount, dwell time and reentry timing all come from the product label.

What a Treatment Looks Like

  1. Choose the rooms

We identify the highest-contact spaces and decide on routine or single treatment.

  2. Clear the building

Spraying is booked for nights or weekends, and reentry follows the label.

  3. Clean, spray, let it work

Surfaces are cleaned, each room is sprayed and the product stays wet for its labeled time.
